FAQ

Q:  :  Why does your bags cost more than some other blogshops? 
A:   We source for better quality bags and that means good interior lining, better finishing etc.   You get what you pay for.  A bag that costs $23 will differ in quality and durability with a $35 same-design piece.  You make the choice.  J

Q:  Are your pictures true to color and real item?
A:  As an online bag store, we endeavour to show only true and accurate pictures of the product.  As we check the products against the distributors’ photos before posting them online, you can rest assured what you see is what you get.  In instances where their pictures given are not detailed, we would take our own photos of the bags as re-assurance to you. 

Q:  Are your bags instock or backorder?
A:  All our bags are instock.  We understand the pain of waiting many weeks for a bag you fell in love to arrive.  Hence, we thrive on having instock for all our products. 
On the other hand, if we do have whelming requests for certain range, we do not rule out doing backorders.  In this case, backorder notices will be stated very clearly at the top of the product posting.

Q:  If the bag I like is unavailable, can I place a backorder?
A:  Certainly, let us know.  We would inform you if the item is available for backorder and the expected arrival date.  We would require your payment to reserve the item. 

Q:  Can you throw in free courier delivery?
A:  As we have already absorbed the local postage fees, we apologise for not being able to throw in free registered mails.  Nonetheless, we would throw in such promos from time to time.  Do keep a lookout.

Q:  Can you do meetups?
A:  As we are operating as an online store, we are unable to conduct any meetups or self collection.

Q:  Do you do refunds or exchanges?
A:  They will only be done under the following instances:
-       We sent you the wrong item.
-       Backorders unable to be fulfilled due to unfortunate circumstances.
-      Manufacture’s defect (please email us photos of the damaged parts).
Other reasons such as “don’t like the design, changed my mind etc” would not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.  

Q:  I still have not received my bag.  What can I do?
A:  Due to the increasing cases of lost mails by Singpost, we would strongly encourage you to opt for courier services. 
In instances where you opt for normal mail, we would not be able to track nor trace the package after it’s been dropped at the postbox. 

A:  Can I opt for registered mail?
Courier Service is the choice of traceable delivery method here.  As we have included free local postage for your shopping, you only have to top up a small difference for courier service. We are sure you would agree this is a better method.

Courier service’s advantages over registered mail:
-       Next day delivery & choice of delivery time (8am-10pm)
-       All days, 365 days a year, including public holidays.
-       Redelivery possible and the courier man will contact you. The postman will not.
-       Avoid the inconvenience of collection post office in case of failed delivery.
