How to Order:
All our bags are instock unless otherwise stated.
1. Email us at bagpals@gmail.com with the following details:
- Item no & Color, if applicable
- Delivery address
- Your chosen mode of delivery
(FREE Local Postage / Courier Service)
2. An invoice will be sent to you within 24hrs.
3. Bag will be reserved for you. Reservation will be cancelled if no payment is received after 24 hours.
4. Once payment is made, please reply to the invoice with your payment details.
Payment Mode:
1. DBS/ POSB or UOB Funds Transfer
2. For payment via ATM, please reply to the invoice email with a copy of your receipt for verification.
3. Paypal (additional 5% on top of the total costs)
4. All bags will be mailed out within 24hours once payment is verified.
Local Postage:
Free local postage is given for all bags purchases. Kindly note this method is not traceable and we would not be held responsible for any losts.
Due to the increasing cases of lost mails by Singpost, we would strongly encourage you to opt for courier service.
Courier Service:
Our choice of traceable delivery method. As we have included free local postage for your shopping, you only need to top up a small difference for courier service. Fees payable are:
One bag – $3.50
Two Bags – $5
Three Bags - $6
Courier service’s advantages over registered mail:
- Next day delivery & choice of delivery time slots (two-hourly slots : 8am-10pm)
- All days, 365 days a year, including public holidays.
- Redelivery possible and the courier man will contact you. The postman will not.
- Avoid the inconvenience of collection at post office in case of failed delivery.
